Story Line:After Assistant Commissioner Agnel Wilson (Randeep Hooda) unsuccessfully endeavors suicide, he describes his account of the Mumbai, India, black market, which he'd been researching for a considerable length of time. It starts with the story of Sultan Mirza (Ajay Devgan), a bootlegger. Wilson endeavors to bring Sultan down through the posse pioneer's association with a Bollywood on-screen character, yet his endeavor falls flat. At that point a rising criminal, Shoaib Khan (Emraan Hashmi), ousts Sultan - yet the power battle is a long way from being done.
